Edit: Please actually take accountability in your mistakes instead of trying to gaslight your clients. I have all the emails, none of which an apology was ever made until it was pointed out and I clearly explained she has dual coverage and the insurance you do take should come first, given the birthday rule of which parents birthday comes first (google it). Great place to work! I 100% recommend working here and sending your child here. All the BCBAs/GCAs, admin team, and owners are fantastic.
