I moved relocated from Houston to San Antonio. I wasn’t sure about the area, so I did a little research. I found 3 apartments that I was interested in, NOVA was 1 of the 3. I drove from Houston to look at the all 3 apartment complexes, but I am thankful that I chose to stop at NOVA first. Najwa pleasantly greeted me when I walked in the leasing office. Been living here for almost 3 years and I am greatly disappointed. I even suggested friends to stay here as well. But we all have bad experience recently. My friends car was broken in to and now all lug nuts from my car tires are stolen. I literally park it at the gym because now the parking is so bad it is always full. With all this crime going on you would expect them to put some security cameras and put waning sign to at least deter crimes from happening. My Cousin and I toured NOVA with Najwa and we absolutely loved it. We were very pleased with our unit and the services Najwa provided for us. I feel very grateful and appreciative of the experience.
