I regret moving into these apartments. Once my lease is up, I'm definitely moving out. These apartments are overpriced. The units are poorly managed and need major upgrades in appliances. For the money you're spending here at Nova apartments, you're better off getting a more decent apartment that's well worth the price. I feel like they rushed me into the unit I'm in without properly taking the time and inspect the unit and correct the problems it has. Here's a possible review: I've lived in this apartment complex for two years now, and I have to say since the new management took over it has been a night and day difference. The customer service has become super responsive and friendly, and the maintenance team has been on top of everything. Issues get fixed quickly, and the overall vibe of the community has really improved. I'm really happy with the changes and would definitely recommend this place to others.
