Najwa was amazing! From the tour to the move in process everything was smooth. Her energy is top notch. She made us feel welcomed in the community. The property is beautiful!
This site is definitely not secure. My car was stolen and I immediately reported the incident to management; however, unfortunately they were indifferent. I emailed the police report and related documents, and I also submitted a complaint form with the necessary details. Despite this, when I went to the office and explained the seriousness of the situation in person, no help was provided. I requested that security camera footage be reviewed and that entry-and-exit logs be checked, but my requests were either rejected or put ... read more
I just what to give a big thanks for najwa for being so helpful with my application and making my move super easy. It was my first time renting and help me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend nova and make sure you speak with Najwa My unit was super clean and it definitely feels like home.
