I had the best experience here yesterday! Dr. Vo is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain things to me in detail. He offered suggestions and told me how I would personally benefit from them. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. Dr. Vo and his wife Brooke truly care about their patients which is hard to find these days. Can’t recommend this place enough, if I could give it ten stars I would. I’ve already booked my next appointment!
Went for weight loss consultation. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. They throughly explained everything to me, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.
I recently started treatment for low testosterone and weight loss. Initial visit was very informative with Dr Vo and he explained options available. Bonnie was very helpful to explain dosage. The total experience was pleasant. I feel the entire staff want to help me reach my goals.
Dr. Vo, Bonnie, and the entire Novmed team were absolutely outstanding. They were accommodating, friendly, and were invested in helping reach my weight loss goals. Dr. Vo and his team really listened to my needs, did through evaluations of my current health status, and developed a plan with me to change my lifestyle to ensure I would get the best results. I was reassured multiple times by all of the staff that I was welcomed to call or come by at anytime should I have questions or concerns.
I had a great experience with Bonnie and Faith. I tried the Xerf RF and was so pleased with the results. They were very professional, accommodating, and informative. I would highly recommend!
