My older sister and I got hair cut and styled here last week! We came with our photo references and left extremely happy.
I'm truly sorry to leave a negative review. I don’t want to hurt your business in any way, but I was so upset that I felt I had to share my experience. I got a perm here and developed a serious dandruff problem, which required visits to a dermatologist and caused a lot of stress. On top of that, even though I brought a reference photo of the style I wanted, the result was completely different. Between the scalp issues and the disappointing outcome, it was a very upsetting experience for me.
I got a haircut and coloring today, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! Kelly is truly amazing at what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly the look I had in mind—actually, even better than I expected! Her attention to detail and her skill really show in her work. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Kelly if you’re looking for someone who truly understands hair and delivers beautiful results!
