Haircut is bad keeps cutting when I say stop water all on my shirt and is really bad

My son and I got a haircut. They did a great job. Son’s perm turned out really good.
Great spot for a men’s haircut. Very clean location with courteous staff and professional service. $35 includes shampoo, haircut, and style. Well worth it and would definitely recommend to anyone. I didn’t get the stylist’s name but I’m guessing it’s the owner who is a gentleman. Made the appointment via phone and was super easy.
