I went for a consultation. They never asked me why I was there. They started doing some random skin tests and told me I would receive some results with a QR code. It did not work. I even sent an email after (including the QR code). I never got an answer. So useless and a waste of time..
I just did the HIFU treatment and I’m very happy with the service that I received. It was the owner that treated me and she was very kind patient and informative. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend! As well the fact that they take waspa gift cards for all their services is a huge bonus!
I have been to many spas in the past for facials and such and only Diana has been able to address my skin problem. Others just want to sell their products. Of course there are some great products available here, but it's secondary to the targeted treatment that I received. I'm so thankful to have found Nouvelle Peau Medispa.
From all the treatments I've done hollywood peel is my favorite one!.
