Went for a spa pedicure and it was mediocre. Not sure if the woman that did it was new but other than telling me when to move my feet she barely said a word to me. Not that I need someone to be miss chatty but at least a “how are you today” would be nice. Insufficient filing of my nails left ragged edges, very short time spent massaging legs/feet, no hot stone massage even though that was mentioned when I booked it, and spots of polish not removed. We had the sweetest mother-daughter day at the Spa 🤍 Yes, the space is beautiful and relaxing… but honestly, it was the people that made it so special. We found ourselves chatting, laughing, and really connecting throughout our services, which made the whole experience feel so much more personal and fun. Booked a last minute hair appointment for my mom and the folks here were fantastic! My mom had more than a foot of her hair cut off and styled into a super cute long bob. While we were there, I mentioned that I should've also made an appointment for my nails and they were able to fit me in immediately while my mom had her hair cut and styled. Very professional, great atmosphere, excellent work.
