I have been a loyal customer of them for years. However, I noticed that the haircut quality started to become disappointing. I went for a haircut last week and the haircut wasn’t good. The haircut picture I showed wasn’t followed so what’s the point of literally asking for inspo pic? I’ve been dismissing it as a language barrier and was okay with it as long as there’s a picture, but right now the haircut does not even come close to what I requested. my hair was literally so long and thick, past my mid waist and i asked for face framing layers and told her to not cut the back JUST THE FRONT, to keep my length, and she left me with the basically the thinest wolf cut ever, she thinned out my hair so much half my hair was gone, it was not only face framing it was layers throughout my whole head, I trusted her because I couldn’t see what she was doing since my glasses were off, but she kept thinning and cutting my hair, it looks horrible, not what i asked for at all.
