I’ve witnessed a driver (ford ranger or Maverick ) in the North side of Houston Texas from Nouveau Elevator Texas driving recklessly on the road — cutting people off, and showing a clear lack of regard for safety. It’s incredibly concerning, especially considering these drivers represent the company every time they’re on the road. Hispanic male driver in truck 299 on March 17, 2025 Huebner Road, aprox 415pm was speeding down the street almost causing a crash going in and out of several lanes. He then proceeded to try and fly past a school bus with its flashers on, until he saw the cops there. I understand service in a timely manner but their are other peoples lifes in danger due to this type of behavior. No service call or end of shift should possibly result in someone loosing their life. Very disheartening and in his work labeled vehicle.

Jake Lee, has been our rep with Nouveau since our company switched to them and he is always on top of anything if we call with an issue. He also explains what was the cause of the problem and what can be done to fix it without a reasonable cost. If you ever have to deal with Nouveau Elevators, I recommend dealing with Jake Lee

Thursday 7/12/23, 6:35 am, Eastbound 114 in Grapevine Texas. Unit #162 driving in heavy traffic aggressively and nearly hit 2 other cars. Multiple commuters where honking at him and flashing their lights. Not exactly good advertisement for your business.
