Fantastic customer service. However, at times, Don C has hurt my feelings, making me feel uncomfortable and sad.
We have 4 elevators in our Confucius plaza complex and this weekend only one was working. don't know why you guys were not on top of this or there. We have people waiting in line for over 1/2 hour for this 44th floor complex and this nasty heat. I understand the owner from flordia came up to see the management / board members. what is holding service up and what was the outcome.
I wanted an antique gold-plated elevator door for my penthouse . They measured my existing door and then special ordered it . Came in and was professionally installed. Well worth the money
