I was unsatisfied with my experience, however a fellow manager Kris was able to help me out with my problem.
My husband booked us a last-minute couples massage for some must-needed relaxation for both of us. It was our first time to Nouveau and we will definitely be back! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated wonderfully. All of the staff were friendly and courteous, the facility is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. Thank you, Nouveau!

I got my daughter the teen facial for her 13th birthday and she loved it! They treated her like a princess and she had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend if you are thinking of something fun and special as a gift. Very reasonable also at $35.
Did the full Nouveau Spa Day and can't complain about ANYTHING. It will become an annual occurrence...I hope! Thanks Nouveau!
