Would recommend this place to anyone. Ego’s left at the door. They give a ton of productive instruction and take the time to teach you but also give you plenty of time to roll and practice.

Great gym, feels like home when you walk in. Everyone is friendly and supportive and really knowledgeable. There are some tough folks there but they definitely want to support and help everyone learn!

Seriously one of the best gym and coolest gyms I’ve ever been fortunate enough to train at. The classes and learning environment has a unique flavor from Alex & Jeff that fosters natural inquiry and development to your jiu jitsu game. Very high talent from the owners and other gym members, all willing to work with you and teach you happily and effectively. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
