Gina is teaching me to view and consume food differently. Her guidance has helped me make very effective changes to my diet. Steadily, my weight is dropping, I have more energy, and overall feel healthier. Gina somehow made making these dietary adjustments easy. She is very knowledgeable and super nice, too.

Georgina has been phenomenal to work with! I anticipated dreading what it would take to start eating better but I’ve actually enjoyed learning and putting to practice the things we’ve discussed in our sessions. Georgina lays out a plan that’s reasonable, realistic and achievable! She’s also very patient and kind working through my lists of new questions each time I come in.

Gina was such an amazing support in helping my baby and I with her tongue, cheek, and lip ties. She gave us tools to use at home as well as all the recommendations we needed for her release and chiropractic needs. We are incredibly grateful for every way that she helped us!
