Heiko was phenomenal!! I highly recommend him for anyone athletic or with pain that needs a deep, technical massage. I am a runner and have chronically tight leg muscles. Heiko was able to release some super deep knots. I can still feel a difference 24 hours later!

Heiko is an exceptional massage therapist. He and his space make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the get-go. He uses various massage techniques in his therapeutic massage. I like firm pressure (otherwise what's the point?) and Heiko got rid of all the knots in my back. I felt so relaxed that my two-hour massage flew by. Highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience with Heiko at Nourishing Hands Massage and Wellness! I tried their Traditional Thai Massage for my sciatic nerve pain, and the results were incredible. I especially loved that the massage was performed on a Thai mat on the ground, which allowed for deeper stretches and a more relaxing experience.
