An exceptional experience at Nourishing Hands Massage & Wellness. The session exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly comfortable, never rushed, and showed a level of expertise I have not experienced before. Heiko communicated clearly, asked the right questions, and tailored the treatment exactly to what I needed. I added the stretching, which was perfect and made the experience even better. Next time, I will definitely be trying the Thai massage. Highly recommend.
I had a manual lymphatic massage today after suffering from a chronic illness, and he literally massaged my headache away ! I literally started coughing up mucus shortly after and I feel so much better . Will return , 10/10!
I just recently saw Heiko for my first-ever Thai massage and it turned out to be the perfect modality to treat my general inflexibility and poor posture issues. Heiko’s practice is comfortable, welcoming, and an overall fantastic experience for anyone seeking massage therapy for pain relief or even just relaxation. Can’t recommend him enough!
I came in with an extremely sore and tender shoulder and limited mobility. His process was extremely relaxing and restorative. Fantastic vibe at the studio as well. I can honestly say, I've recovered 100% of my mobility and my pain has lessened by 60% from a single session. I will most definitely be returning and I would recommend to all of my friends and family. He rocks!!!
