Skilled therapists, they know how to relieve tension and stress
My session with Anthony was insightful and, well, "nourishing". This was only my second time receiving osteopathic manual therapy and it was fantastic! It is unlike any other form of touch therapy that I have experienced. It seems to address layers in my tissues and in my inner being that have not been connected to before. Anthony was knowledgable, warm, and skilled. His touch was very calming and he was able to cover a lot of territory (addressing all of my discomfort) in just the one session. Nourish Osteo was the only way I became pain free after having shoulder pain for more than a year. Their help and was invaluable postpartum and also helpful for my baby in establishing nursing and making her more comfortable. I can't say enough good about Nourish Osteo.
