Doctor Monterey is a good listener and she is very thorough organizing my nourishment plan. I leave my appointments feeling better about my new journey and believe I can reach the goals I have set to maintain better health. She is also excellent with her knowledge of supplements recommended and drugs so I have a better understanding. Education is key. I am so happy with my decision to join The Nourish group.
Dr Martinez is a wonderful part of my personal health team. She is compassionate and knowledgeable in looking at your whole health profile. She custom compounds my thyroid medication to get great numbers. I had struggled with generic thyroid medications previously.
I have had a great experience with Nourish. My Naturopath is very helpful and caring. I needed someone who could be a medical detective alongside me and she is so wonderful to work with and really listens and takes the time to understand me and my symptoms. Her assistant is also very sweet and responsive. So happy I found Nourish! Thank you! 😊
Dr. Martinez has been a great help to me and my husband. When we weren’t making the progress we needed with traditional medicine, she came alongside us and helped us reach greater levels of energy and well-being! I was referred to Nourish by a friend. I browsed their web site and read over the 'Providers and Staff' bios to try and decide which doctor I wanted to see based on my needs. Honestly, it was a bit of a shot in the dark. Prices of visits vary depending on who you see. I called to make an appointment, and was disappointed to find out it was about 3 months before I could get in.
