I was really excited to work with Michaela, she was my first experience with a nutritionist. I paid $400 for meeting every other week for three months. We met twice and then I didn’t hear from her. I reached out and asked for a partial refund since I paid for much more. She said she couldn’t provide a partial refund, we could continue the sessions. when I said I no longer wished to do work with her and would prefer some of my money back she ghosted again. Overall just feeling very ignored, forgotten, and insignificant.

I have been able to experience a ton of different styles of yoga and instructors and I have to say out of all of them Michaela really is my favorite! She is such a strong instructor physically and mentally, she has such creative flows that she customizes based on the people in the room. She has the capability to challenge the more experienced yogis while comfortably pushing the yogis with less experience. I had high hopes about getting rid of my anxiety once and for all and decided to take Michaela Polulak's workshop last week called Detox from Anxiety at Vastu in Warwick, NY with my friend. What a joke! Worst mistake ever! She was very unprofessional, rude and would not give me the time of day when I asked questions about the nutrition plan! Michaela is a dedicated, caring wealth of knowledge. I can't think of anyone better to start you on a (or support your) healthy path in life. She's a professional in every sense of the word and puts your well-being first. If you have tried her classes or had the opportunity to read any of her e-books, today is the day to begin!
