We are over a year out from our CST journey and I am still forever grateful for the work that Austin did with our baby. She was a calming and knowledgeable presence during a stressful and unsure time as we figured out nursing and feeding as first time parents. She collaborated with our dentist and lactation specialist in an efficient and genuine manner. She provided outstanding after visit summaries and during visit explanations. She also guided us towards practical resources like books, podcasts, instagrams and local suppor... read more
Austin and Kate are amazing! I’ve been working with Austin since June 2022 for post-lip and tongue tie release sessions for my second child and I am endlessly thankful for all of Austin’s knowledge and expertise. I’ve always felt supported in my decisions and both practitioners are full of helpful tips and knowledge for different stages of development (from breastfeeding my newborn to palette expansion in my older child). My three children and myself have all benefited from CST sessions both with Austin and Kate over the yea... read more
Austin and Kate are amazing at what they do! They are knowledgeable and compassionate and truly want the best for their clients! They helped me so much in my breast feeding journey and provided excellent care both before and after my twins tongue/ lip tie releases. They have an awesome community and tons of resources and will do anything they can to help! We have been back multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience.
Austin and Kate are both phenomenal! My son started seeing them as a newborn and they quickly became trusted members of my son’s healthcare team. I highly recommend them to parents looking for extraordinary care for their children!
We went to Nourish & Align to address our newborn son's difficulty with latching/feeding due to his tongue-tie. Austin was incredibly warm, caring, and helped my husband and I (first time parents!) navigate those first few months. Our little one always left appointments seeming really relaxed and his skills latching increased tremendously. We went from exclusive bottle feeding to having the option of being able to exclusively breast-feed with no pain. Highly recommend!
