I took my 2.5 year old daughter to Austin for craniosacral therapy and she always made my daughter feel safe. She went slow with her and had lots of toys to play with! We were working on her constipation and Austin's work really helped! Highly recommend!

Craniosacral treatment with Austin and Kate is an absolute must for every newborn. At first I’d never even heard of craniosacral, but my wife suggested it for our daughter. Austin worked wonders for her - so when we found out we were having twins next I knew we would be taking them to Austin and Kate ASAP. Austin was a joy to work with! Following each session she would followup with an email detailing things I could do at home to further support my daughter. She stayed in touch with other providers that were supporting my daughter and even reached out to the dentist to move up her procedure . Overall Austin is an excellent provider and I am grateful that she was able to help my daughter move with more ease and comfort!
As a mom to a preemie, I can’t recommend Nourish and Align enough! Gas, jaw and neck tightness, feeding difficulties that resulted in slow weight gain- all have improved like night and day. Prior to seeking out craniosacral therapy, I had so many questions and felt like our challenge areas were not being fully addressed in a connected manner.
