Austin and Kate at Nourish and Align have been wonderful for our family. We’ve brought both of our kids for cranial sacral therapy and have had such great experiences each time. They are incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
We reached out to Nourish and Align for support after our daughter was born breech following a rough pregnancy. We believed she was holding a lot of tension in her body, and she had also recently had a tongue and lip tie correction, so she needed help learning how to use her tongue properly. Loved working with Kate - I brought my newborn in for the infant immersion program. It was amazing watching how the sessions helped release so much tension, which translated to a calmer baby who no longer suffered from “colic”. As a new parent they offered a ton of support in multiple areas and were always available to help / answer any questions we have. Would recommend to all family & friends that want some additional support for their little ones.
I refer patients here to help with complex feeding and lactation issues. Kate and Austin take really great care of the whole family and babies love it! They support whole body feeding and can work out tension that makes feeding harder for newborns. Their office is a safe place to land for anyone needing skilled craniosacral therapy.
Kate and Austin are amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Nourish and Align. I receive CST for myself for nervous system and general wellness support, and it is always such a grounding, supportive experience—truly a wonderful investment in my health.
