Austen is a calm and reassuring presence who was so helpful in giving tools to help with my 3 year old who was having some big feelings and dysregulation. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an extra tool in their toolbox to help with littles and themselves!

I cannot recommend Austin enough. I came to her during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. We have had such a wonderful experience with Kate at Nourish & Align. We originally started craniosacral therapy to help our daughter with significant body tension, feeding difficulties, and issues related to her tongue tie, and the difference we’ve seen has been incredible.
