Dealt with the guy, he was great. Brought another Buddha piece in and the lady was working - the Buddha fell out of the casing, it was warped and bent out of place. Asked if they could replace, she looked at me like I was crazy and says “what do you want us to do with this”….umm your the jewelry shop, What do you think I want you do with it…I wanted it fixed. They were incredibly kind and patient while working through multiple design ideas and iterations with me until everything was perfect. The pricing was also very competitive, especially for custom work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really showed in the final piece.
