Staff are super friendly and helpful, but the wait times are atrocious!! I understand this is how it is with any A&E, but I was here for 10 hours. I'd gone in due to me potentially having a concussion (and 111 said I needed to go to A&E). We got into triage super fast, alongside getting a CT scan. Then after my CT scan I waited for 7 hours for my results, which made me worry due to how long it took. By the end of the waiting, I was told I had a concussion and to just go home and rest. Absolutely rubbish I was trying to contact A+E about my elderly father who had a fall I tried from 9am the next day until 11.55am to get through phone ringing for ages then get cut of how rude. Needs a good shakeup. And my dad's been in A+E all night.
