Went there for "a trim down under" and make sure I've no more kids. Really positive experience. Whole process with referral, booking, directions and getting it sorted were easy and spot on. For the actual minor surgery, faultless! Very easily guided through and the nurse and surgeon on duty were exceptional. Everything put at ease, explained, right amount of distraction at the right time.... all sorted with absolute minimal stress or discomfort. An absolutely disgusting experience! Booked in for an MRI scan and dealt with by a vile woman who had no empathy whatsoever. Probably doesn't even know the meaning of the word. I was treated like dirt and spoken to like a naughty child. I have never known a place like it. AVOID!!!
Had a MRI with contrast, however the procedure seemed very quick and I was straight back into the scanner, sure enough the Neurologist confirmed that it did not appear the contrast was given correctly. I would not recommend this clinic
I was booked to this clinic by my specialist for a Manometry test..2 tests involving a tube up the nose and down the throat..to say I was nervous would be the understatement of the century! However..the lady that performed the test (and equally as important, the lady who supported me through the process-i hope I didn't squeeze her hand too much!)were amazing..excellent communication and huge amounts of patience! Thank you so much for getting me through it! Highly recommend!!!
I had a report done here by Mr Quah through Carpenters Group solicitors regarding my hip last year following a "not at fault" hit and run motorcycle accident. His report had a prognisis that was 3 sentences long, based on a radiologist report alone, in which he claimed my hip would have torn itself anyway, even if I had not been knocked off my motorcycle. That ended up being severely detrimental to my case and the compensation I received, so for that reason I would not recommend.
