This place has gone downhill since Lisa sold the practice. New Dentist refused to scale and polish (which is included in your check up price) and instead want you to pay £80 for a deep clean. Money grabbers
I was referred to this dentist by NHS 111 and received a WhatsApp message with an appointment time. When I asked for an alternative slot, I got no reply, which left me unsure whether my appointment time had changed or not. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages and trying to call the clinic, I never received a response. Absolutely amazing dentist I haven’t been in years due to being nervous I can’t thank Nimisha and Amanda anymore for making me feel so calm and relaxed through the whole thing ! Highly recommend for someone who’s petrified of the dentist. I will be back for sure!

I came in for an emergency appointment after my tooth unexpectedly broke, and from the moment I walked in, I felt reassured and in safe hands.
