Many signs hanging in the office about any disrespect towards staff not being tolerated, but the staff is allowed to he rude? One receptionist in particular has been nothing but rude every time I call. Dr Denson, while a good doctor, is always late, and Dr Chang is unkind. I have to reserve my entire day to sitting in a doctors office waiting way past my appointment time. Dr Brokop, is a fantastic family doctor. You can tell he really takes the time and cares for his patients. He always makes me feel comfortable even when dealing with sensitive subjects. Thank you Dr. Brokop for taking such good care of me.
Dr. Brokof is perhaps one of the most attentive and compassionate persons I have ever encountered. In today's world of 10 minute appointment and 1 issue health, he goes above and beyond what I expected. A Great doctor. You can find him here.
Great doctors, AWFUL front desk and customer service. They'll make an error and try to charge you for it. I'm finding a new doctors office. TL;DR: Going over these Google reviews it's obvious front desk takes away from patient experience and an applicable adage is "don't dip your pen in company ink." The longer she's your office manager the more problems you're creating for patients, and whoever gets in when she's done. the office manager is a power-tripping egomanic. Good thing she's married to the doctor or she's never get a job anywhere else. She's so rude and condescending!
