Barbara gave wonderful advice and helped me tremendously on auto and home insurance.
I gave up on this company... Don't waste your time and make sure to listen to the other bad reviews. Called them back in May for a quote, it's now Sept. I still haven't received a single quote, the girl Kimberly constantly dodges my phone calls, when I do actually get a hold of her by someone else answering and transferring me, she promises everything is all set ready to go, she will e-mail the details, and just NEVER DOES. I very rarely leave reviews unless I have a wonderful experience or a terrible experience. This was a terrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had Progressive insurance since 2004 and recently moved and decided to switch my policy to another insurance carrier because Progressive was going to raise my rate another $40 even though I am only moving 10 minutes away and my rate would be $100 less every six months with the other carrier.
