I very rarely leave reviews unless I have a wonderful experience or a terrible experience. This was a terrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had Progressive insurance since 2004 and recently moved and decided to switch my policy to another insurance carrier because Progressive was going to raise my rate another $40 even though I am only moving 10 minutes away and my rate would be $100 less every six months with the other carrier.
