It's really not bad here Live close to my daughter and son in law, and g baby's. Live at the very end of the street so it's really quiet. Love my neighbors for the most part. Have had no trouble here.
I'm the current manager and we have a very nice community. We have homes for sale and also do land contracts. Lot rent is $200.00 and your utilities. We sit on a 12 acre site with a on site laundry room. Contact me for more info.
We were lied to. After surrendering the home we owned (worth about $5000+) we were still sent to collections for $415. Now we are homeless and cannot find a place because of this debt. Also, after we moved, the manager spread lies about us to cover her own rear-end.
