Is it right to say you enjoyed your visit to the dentist Well I actually did! The premises were emaculate the welcoming reception staff were friendly and well turned out. The dentist and his assistant really put me at ease. The gentleman exudes confidence and professionalism and is friendly, polite and caring. Not my usual dentist as I was a Refferal from my regular dentist. Having said this I couldn’t recommend this surgery highly enough. Brilliant service!
Wonderful staff. Needed a back molar extraction and was referred to NEDS last week by my NHS dentist. First time, it was because a tooth snapped off and revealed a festering root that my dentist said would have to be removed by minor surgery I dreaded the procedure. NEDS, a couple of years ago, and yesterday, performed the surgeries so gently it was hard to believe it was all over so quickly. Out again within minutes. What a jewel of a place, here in Mapperley. Amazing team! I just had my wisdom tooth extraction, and the entire experience was fantastic. A big thank you to Dr. Sherif Kamel and nurse Corina (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name). They made sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the whole procedure. The operation took about 25 minutes, as I had a tricky wisdom tooth that had grown horizontally.
