We hired Michael to convert our garage into an adu. It was so nice having a contractor who came when he said he would, did what he said he would do and then cleaned everything up when the job was done. I didn’t feel like I had to check on the workmanship because of Michael’s craftsmanship and commitment to do things the right way. I have hired him many times since then and had the same experience. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Nottingham Construction erected the street seat in front of our restaurant during COVID. He also made picnic tables and benches for the seating. Michael was professional and efficient and kept the area clean during construction. The craftsmanship is beautiful.
