My nan who had a infection went to city hospital after they found out she had pneumonia she was put in Fleming ward and had later been diagnosed with cancer of the lung she was on the end of life but the doctors and nurses refused to let us know we arrived twenty minutes before she died she was in there for two months and though that I was there every day seeing how the doctors and nurses treated her badly she was dropped on the floor and was grabbed roughly by the arm at night the doctor would come around to remind her that... read more

Appalling lay out. Over 5 gates. Over 6 staff parking carpark, disability spaces and ample permit holder carparks. The peasant visitors? Spend an hour driving round 2 small patient and visitor car parks which do not work correctly. Must have seen several dozen cars do the same as we were doing, and several stuck inside the patient car parks calling for assistance to get out. Ridiculous. Sat in an appt on my own as my partner is just circling the hospital. Shameful.

This is the most run down disgusting hospital I have ever had the displeasure of entering. Communal areas are filthy and the wards (including private rooms) are literally falling apart. The whole place needs flattened. This is where people are supposed to recover not leave with more issues than they started with. Sort it out.

Build a bloody multistorey car park like QMC & Derby! It isn't rocket science. Parking here is a joke. Each time I visit met with the same issue of endless frustrated drivers circulating for at least 30mins for a parking space.
