The worst energy firm on this planet left without hot water and gas on multiple occasions. I’ve spoken to the emergency team in desperation this evening after attempting to top up only for the same old with no possibility, I’ve now had to move out of my freezing cold property with my 6 year old daughter at my own expense as the emergency helpline have hung up the phone saying to ring back tomorrow this is not acceptable and the final straw ofgem are being contacted and I will go all the way with proof. They’re rubbish! Take all your money, customer service don’t even know their own names. Never mind how to actually do their jobs. This is the worst heating service I have ever lived with. The radiators don’t even get hot and the whole house is freezing in winter. Now, they want to put their customers in debt and you have to wait for an engineer to be available to come into your home on a regular basis top up your meter!
