I tried to call today to order medication only to be shut down as the staff are having “training day” . Is it now Tuesday training day. I certainly haven’t noticed any improvement in the staff attitude to patients. I can’t understand why medication order line can’t be left open?!!. I suffer with a very painful condition and haven’t seen a doctor in over two years as I can’t get through on the phone to speak to someone. 75 years with Nottinghill practice and never remember it being so bad. Doctors & nurses are exceptional when you eventually get to see or speak with them after many phonecalls. Very frustrating. Most of the receptionists especially those who have been employed there for many years, Natalie, Gillian, Robert, Laura, Tori, Ross, just to mention a few are lovely. Perhaps more phonelines & a few more hours for calls would make a big difference. This surgery is a disgrace. My 60 year old father has been ringing 100 plus times everyday for over a week and still can’t get through, he’s even tryed the emergency line and the cheeky lady hung up on him. I will be taking legal action against this practice now as this isn’t acceptable. Doctors have a duty of care and this surgery clearly isn’t upholding it
Completely uncontactable. Rude receptionists. Just awful. Take my advice DON'T have an accident or get ill! I can sit in an indoor venue with 19,999 people for five hours but I can't sit in a GP surgery at all ... baffling! Newsflash ... the world is open for business. Time to get back to normal and see people face to face!! Hubby recently attended a private GP as impossible to contact this surgery. When you do eventually get through the staff are so rude you just end up hanging up. Best £59 we ever spent.
