Caring staff, great place and lovely people running it.
My dogs have been patients at Nottawasaga Valley Veterinary Hospital for roughly seven years, and during that time, we have consistently received quality care and treatment. While I have sometimes found the services to be on the pricier side, I’ve always trusted that my pets were in good hands. I recently had to put my dog down because of a stroke. Which was very hard cause I had her for 15+ years. But the staff were absolutely amazing they let us sit with her and say our goodbyes and let me hold her like a baby at her final moments. After they gave is all the time we needed to greave very respectful. Would recommend them anytime.
The staff are all wonderful and very friendly. Any and all questions answered clearly and patiently. Booking was completely painless online. Pricing is very affordable. Highly recommend!
We've been taking our cats to NVVH since we moved to the area in 2014. We absolutely love the care our cats have received here. The staff are all amazing, compassionate people. We have had some health scares and concerns with our cats and all the staff here do a great job to explain everything in detail as well as making us feel cared for in the process. We appreciate that they also connect to check in our pets after various procedures. Cannot say enough good things about this team. Thanks for all that you do.
