I worked for Nots logistics in Marion, Illinois and was just fired all because I had to pick my wife up at work. I was given no warning. When I asked why I was fired I was told that I was fired because I did not stay for overtime and did not know it was mandatory. My supervisor told me that overtime was approved yesterday but did not say it was mandatory or we would be fired. They say it's a family like company and I will say that's is not true what so ever.
