We had an issue with a chair and Skylar was very helpful from the moment we contacted him. He kept us up to date with part arrival. He was very courteous and mindful of being clean while he worked. We can’t say enough about the experience as the store employees were very kind. Kim was our sales person and he was very quick to get us the help we needed. This store is excellent for customer service hands down. Thank you so much.
They literally scammed my mom and I and then openly accused us of trying to steal from them. I wouldn't recommend spending a dime in this store. We went in and picked 2 mattresses on display, the first matress was damaged and they didn't inform us the day of purchase and the second one was completely different from the one we bought. When we went back to the store to show them the one we wanted on display, we found it was different, they changed the matresses to make us look crazy and their Sales person KIM OR TIM, an old wr... read more
Didn’t buy anything. But they let me park my truck and trailer in their yard when my trailer lights quit while I got a ride around town to find a way to get lights on the trailer. Have been places where they’d tell you to knock off and be gone if your want to take up a couple parking spots. Were very friendly.
Been doing business here for decades. Listen to the radio and I hear their ad going on and bashing President of USA as some orange man tariff? Like that has anything to do with it….oh ya those American made maytags LOL. Anyway I guess this business is against secure borders and a thriving economy. Losers. Lost a family’s worth of customers because they couldn’t keep their mouth closed on politics. PEACE
