Amazing sales and after service. Bought some lazyboy chairs. Had an issue and they were on it. Fixed it and the communication during the process was awesome.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with this company. The staff is all nice when you enter but if there is a problem later on they treat you like you're nothing. I want to mention the manager, don't know her name, short blonde woman, she was the worst of all, very poor customer service, worst we have ever encountered. I would recommend no one deals with this company....products like washers and dryers are horrible, and the lies regarding quality of furniture are outrageous. WORST STORE EVER.
I wanted to take a moment to thank the Notre Dame service department for the excellent service provided regarding the replacement loveseat backs. We received the replacement and they fix and work perfectly. A special thank you to Skylar Perreault for his prompt attention and assistance which made the whole process easy. It is always appreciated when someone goes the extra mile to ensure a customer is satisfied. Thanks Linda
