Was once a good gym, went down hill when a bunch of kids took over. Good riddance
Notorious Fitness exemplifies the CrossFit tenets fairly well by not simply providing CrossFit classes, but also kickboxing and yoga. There are Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting programming for those in their strength eras or looking to add on top of classes. They have nutrition coaching and challenges. There is a cold plunge and a hot sauna on site! Vamos Run Club’s home base is here for those interested in getting more consistent with running by running in a community. Family friendly.
