Mike was so honest, kind and informative! He was prompt in getting back to me and attending to our need for heat in such cold weather. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and patience in explaining things to me. Even his willingness to have my husband call back later for him to explain anything I couldn’t or I forgot. We will be using him for ALL future plumbing, heating and cooling needs!
