I would like to share my disappointing experience with Norman Motor Group Napier after purchasing a brand new Jaecoo J7 PHEV from them. Unfortunately, the sales team seemed very attentive before the sale, but once the purchase was completed, there was little to no customer care. I was given incorrect information about the vehicle, and after payment I discovered that some of the features I was told were included were not even available on the PHEV model.
