Took a Hot Awakened Fusion class with Aftyn and had been out of practice for a while, but her cues were spot on and the flow was so easy to follow. She gave modifications and advanced movements so everyone in class felt seen. Room was a great temp too!
danielle and aftyn are amazing!! i’ve been coming here for a bit now and i always leave feeling sooo much better and uplifted. they are great at what they do!
Danielle was just amazing! We booked a private class as part of a bachelorette weekend trip and she was so accommodating and flexible which we greatly appreciated. Even going above and beyond to create a special playlist and experience to match the theme we had for the weekend! Would definitely recommend her studio and would love to attend additional classes/events!
Started doing Yoga at Notice about a year ago to supplement my weight training and walking routines and it QUICKLY became my favorite workout that I look forward to. Danielle and all the other instructors are what makes this place special. Highly highly recommend!

You will grow your practice with the most incredible teachers who are welcoming, compassionate and knowledgeable... and you will have fun while you sweat! Be prepared to better yourself, both on and off the mat, and be part of a community that cares deeply for one another.
