This was my first time at Notice and I loved it! I have been practicing Bikram Yoga and Hot Vinyasa in my home studio in Pennsylvania for many years and I felt that Danielle was not only an amazing instructor but a very kind soul. I love the concept of her practice and will come again when I am back in Nisswa!

Meeting Danielle helped transform my grief from not wanting to continue on earth to learning that it's okay to be angry and sad and feel all the feelz that move through my soul. After just moving into the area, I was looking for a yoga studio that provided a class format to really challenge the individual physically and mentally. Too many yoga classes have turned into a make shift pilates experience with upbeat techno playlists. Notice Wellness takes the yogi’s experience seriously and looks to help ground them in thought and mind while in the studio. It’s a great place to practice this beautiful art.
