Wouldn't honor coupon from email for BOGO despite having rewards number, email to show code, etc. Not our fault you don't know how to get it to work. Poor service despite having been to other locations when received this offer before -- about once or twice a year -- and they didn't even ask for the code
Amazing friendly staff! They were so helpful! Took care of me as they were closing and still let me make my purchase. I'm so grateful since it was my husband's birthday and I didn't realize the store hours. Thank you guys so much for your help!
I placed an order for three cakes for a recent event, and the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me on how much to order and was very flexible with changes and pickup arrangements. The cake flavors were delicious, and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed them.
