Great customer service, order was ready prior to pick up time!
I was in traffic rushing to the store before it closed and I decided to call to confirm that they still had red velvet cakes available. I was assisted by a very pleasant sales associate. She assisted me with decorating choices for my purchased and stated that it would be ready and waiting by the time I arrived. I ended up buying another small lemon cake and it was delicious. I wish that I could remember the young lady's name, because she provided excellent service and she definitely went the extra mile. Great job! Thanks!
The cashier wasn’t very happy about taking the order and wasn’t able to give back the change correctly, when asked about it she was upset even when I apologized for her mistake, I wasn’t even mad, it wasn’t a big deal but she had an awful attitude. To top it off it was my birthday 😭 definitely regret getting the assorted dozen

Very clean place and excellent customer service! I do recommend that if you want to order on a holiday, order ahead of time because if you go in on the day of, it will be very busy and wait times will be long. As customers, we have to be considerate and realize that there are many other people and not only you who placed an order.
