Horrible customer service!!Friday night treat night is a tradition at our house. We have come here every friday night since the herriman location opened, I think that ends today. Unbelievably poor customer service. I called in 10 minutes before closing because I needed to ensure they'd let me in if I arrived just minutes or SECONDS before closing. A single bundtlet cake is all I needed for a birthday gift and I told them that. I told them I'd be there shortly, and made a friendly joke about "staying open for me if I'm walking in right at 7!" I ordered a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Herriman for my son’s graduation and had already paid online before arriving to pick it up. I was holding my 5-pound hypoallergenic dog in my arms when a woman came storming out from the kitchen yelling at me that dogs were not allowed and demanding that I leave immediately.
