Great customer service! The best around
BYOF - bring your own fork, or else you aren’t getting one!! Looked forward to my little treat on my way to a vet appt and had to eat a freaking bundt cake with no silverware because they won’t give you any!!! How weird is that. Also my cake was barely thawed, condensation all over the lid and it was ice cold. I didn’t know the cakes came in frozen and all they did was thaw and throw icing on them. Very disappointing to learn that.
