I order a cake with deco for a birthday. Upon picking up the order the decorations look total different than the photos. I kindly asked if the decoration could be changed out, because it looked total different than what was previously observed. I was then told that, yes, I could change it for an additional charge. I've already paid for decorations that will not be used.
Molly the operation specialist was extremely rude to my daughter during her job interview. No wonder the reviews are the way they are. I’ll just drive to the Buford location going forward.
I would certainly have to agree with Denita. She is absolutely correct. My daughter worked here for a VERY SHORT time due to the disrespect and treatment she endured from Molly. I myself entered that store several times to purchase items and witnessed the bad vibes and treatment of the young staff. While my daughter was there for a short time , I saw new hires quit or walk out , Molly talk to the high school hires as if they meant nothing , she made comments and treated my child badly while she worked.
