Would give it a zero if I could. Paid over thirty bucks for a delivery (my stupidity) ...they sent it with Uber. Uber sent me several texts..one saying my order was delivered & a picture of what looked like an apartment. I tried to contact the number Uber texted me ..it didn't work. I then called the store trying to get them to contact the delivery person. They told me I could email for a refund. I said no..you can deliver what I ordered..they hung up on me. Unfortunately service is extremely slow and staff is rude and the delay instead of apologetic
I came here once before, and I would honestly not recommend this place. The cakes taste pretty good, but the management ruins it. I interacted with Molly, the manager at duty at the time, and Its safe to say that she's extremely rude. She immediately had an attitude with me, and as a manager, you should not be setting a toxic environment like that. I will not be coming back to this location just because of her. And based on the other reviews, shes like this with everyone. If shes like this with the customers, I cant imagine ... read more
