The young lady that checked us out was extremely rude. When we walked in they did not greet us and just basically said what do you want. They definitely need to be taught how to be polite. They should not speak when I am speaking and cut me off. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and never been treated like that before. Management should send the young employees through a class on how customer service works. Your products are not cheap so I would expect better service when I pay almost $30 for 4 little cakes
From the phone call to walking intot he store.. This Brand understands we service your next visit on this visit.. Let that si know in.. By doing what it takes to get customers to come back they have it figured out.. and the cakes are so AMAZING!!!! NBC make Biscroft cookie cake a regular item instead of seasonal!! We will be back. Oh if you arrive right before 8pm.. say 7:56pm.. they treat you like its 3pm in the sfternoon!! Customer Service is 5-star!!

I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl today! OH MY GOODNESS! Delicious yummy cake! I love the crumbs on top! This might be my temporary replacement for Strawberries and Cream! 🥰♥️
