To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. The Nothing Bundt Cake was dry, and the customer service was mediocre. The staff at the counter were more engaged with each other than with the customers, and the cake tasted dry and stale.
So I ordered a birthday cake 1.5 weeks ago for my daughter from Wal Mart. I got an email Thursday(was supposed to pick it up Saturday morning) saying all or part of my order was cancelled at Wal Mart. I didn’t call. I went up there and stood at the counter 15 minutes until the manager showed up. I told her what happened. She called the cake decorator who said she didn’t have the set up for a two tier.
