In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. While the cakes are good, the service is not worth it.. especially considering the price. So very slow. I ordered a cake ahead of time for the sole purpose of not having to wait. I had to wait 30 minutes in store. Several people in line behind me left because the wait is so ridiculous. Another customer commented they would’ve left too if they hadn’t promised the specific cake to a recipient. I also would have walked out had I not already paid for the cake.
Such good cakes and great customer service. Highly recommend if you’ve never tried this place.
I won't be going back to this location. I recently got 2 red velvet bundlettes, they were disgusting and old. They had a horrible taste to them like they were sitting on the counter that was wiped down with dirty water and cleaner. I go the next day to try it again since the cakes were for a birthday, and the whole store smelled like that so I left.
I’ve tried their bundtinis at the hospital, and when family/friends have bought them. I went around lunchtime to order a dozen bundtinis. The person working told me it would be 30 minutes, so I told her I would be back after 4 to pick it up. I went back after 4. It was a different employee. I told her I was there to pick up an order. She went to the back, and came back to the front with 3 bundtinis. I told her I had a dozen, and showed her my receipt.
