In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I gave this location another chance since I was there (Im from Odessa) and both times I went the cakes were gross and dry. I will continue to get my cakes in Odessa!!!
I went to this location because I was on vacation and saw they had the pineapple upside down bundtlets. I purchased a s'mores and the pineapple upside down and both were so dry and tasted old. I had spoke with the manager and she basically called me a liar stating " if that was true there would of been other people complaining" I will never return to this location while I'm in Midland visiting family. Horrible. Ordered Thursday morning online for a cake to be picked up at 6:15pm. Arrived there on time with the door locked and the lights on. I tried banging on window. Approximately at 6:35pm, shortly after their closing, I see the lights going out. So I hopped in my vehicle and wrapped around the building to see if I could reach the employees in time. Excellent customer service! This is our “go-to” for birthday cakes and they are consistently delicious! I had a situation where I thought I placed an order for a birthday cake and when we arrived to pick it up it was not ready and I realized my mistake (that I selected the wrong date). They were incredibly understanding and accommodating to help me whip up a birthday cake with decorations in no time. Don't go here. rude employees never want to help. just want to take your order and send you off. cakes aren't even worth the price that's why we only go with rewards but the workers never want to take our rewards numbers and simply tell us they dont do rewards at all. not worth it.
