I placed an order with an alternative person to pickup. I called and asked if they offer curbside bc my sister had a baby with her and needed help carrying all items. No they don’t. I called again and asked if they can set the order out for fast grab and go. She ended up waiting for a while although the order was on the counter with lack of communication within workers. Does customer service not include helping a mother with their hands full with a toddler? Or couldn’t even offer to make the situation less stressful.
Bought one of the more expensive cakes for my wife's birthday and it was dried out, they didn't have any candles and the person was not very friendly. It's normally not like this at this location but if it is a great way to loose business.
This location went above and beyond for my mom’s birthday! I live 4 hours away from my mom and I ordered a cake to be delivered to her. The order got picked up by the delivery driver but never arrived at my mom’s house. When I called the bakery they were very polite and apologetic, and told me she would call the owner to see what could be done and call me right back.
