I went 15 minutes before closing time with my family to by some bundlets for a birthday. When we got to the register to let the young lady know what we wanted we were met with a HORRIBLE attitude. We had told her the 3 cakes we wanted and one of them was out of stock. Instead of letting us know, she was going to ring us up for 2. I picked up my daughter's birthday cake and wanted to purchased candles priced at $2.50 for a pack of 5. The sales associate insisted they were $4.50 per pack while we stood there looking at the price tag that said $2.50. They refuse to honor their own prices. Additionally, the cake did not come with any of the toppers that I paid extra for! Will not do business here again!
I order 2 dozen buntinis online about 5:30am for a birthday later that day, that day was a Sunday, website said they open at 1:00 pm so I scheduled pick up at 1:30 and planned on calling closer to opening time to make sure they could fulfill the order and or change some flavors to accommodate my order needs.
