I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and simply asked for extra frosting. You would have thought I asked for their firstborn child. The staff acted as if it was their personal cake and not a customer’s request. Every time I visit this location and ask for extra frosting, it’s treated like a huge hassle instead of a basic accommodation. If it’s not something they want to offer, then it shouldn’t even be an option. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location.
Had the best experience at this location! Kayla G. & Christy G. were so helpful! They are the perfect example of excellent customer service! I can’t wait to come back!
