I have came to this location MANY times but today will be the last. I placed an order online and there was no drop down to request no icing. I put it in the special note section. I called the store and Dana answered the phone. I explained the above situation and told her wanted to confirm no icing. Dana repeatedly said " There is a drop down menu, you have to click on it." Manager was unwelcoming when I walked in with my children. Apparently because they were closing in 10 minutes. They pulled up my account and I ordered multiple cupcakes. Upon returning home I saw an email stating cupcakes were BOGO. However, this wasn’t presented to me and I paid for all of my cupcakes. THANK YOU Nothing Bundt Cake workers- they helped pull together a literal last minute wedding cake for my sister. We could not have done it without them. Very kind workers who went above and beyond to help us make sure her and her fiancé got the flavors they wanted and made the day complete and special!
Yesterday was my wedding and the previous day my wedding cake ended up falling through. As a last minute effort my mom went here and bought a few cakes. Needless to say not a slice was left and everyone enjoyed it so much! They were able to provide us with the cakes we needed even with how last minute it was and were very kind to our situation. I had so many compliments on the cake!!! When they asked where it was from I was honest! Best cakes ever and best service!
