Wonderful customer service and the manager Dana even pointed out coupons I was unaware of. And of course, the product is outstanding.
No comment on the quality of the CVS. But for the love of God only go to the self checkout if you are ready to check out. That includes having all the items you want to buy and payment ready. 1st time I start scanning because no one is at the line. Someone comes running over saying “wait”. I then have to wait for the associate to cancel my items so they can pay. I have came to this location MANY times but today will be the last. I placed an order online and there was no drop down to request no icing. I put it in the special note section. I called the store and Dana answered the phone. I explained the above situation and told her wanted to confirm no icing. Dana repeatedly said " There is a drop down menu, you have to click on it." Manager was unwelcoming when I walked in with my children. Apparently because they were closing in 10 minutes. They pulled up my account and I ordered multiple cupcakes. Upon returning home I saw an email stating cupcakes were BOGO. However, this wasn’t presented to me and I paid for all of my cupcakes. I called and spoke with the same manager who advised they don’t advertise this deal, so since I didn’t mention it I didn’t get it.
