My husband went by Nothing Bundt Cake on Laurens Rd in Greenville SC. We absolutely love nothing bundt cake but today we purchased 2 Oreos, 1 red velvet, and 1snickers Individual bundt cake. As my husband was eating his snickers bundt cake he spit out some of cake and there was GLASS in his cake. It cut the top of his mouth. I have emailed and filed a complaint on the web site.I would like a call back about this situation as this could of harmed my husband if he would of swolled it. We are truly upset and need answers.
I was very surprised when I was told that they don't do light icing. When you do. I was told to go online and place an order for light icing. Why would I do that? When I'm right there in the store? The young lady told me. We close in 30 mins. I didn't want anyone to stop what they were doing just to give me light icing. No way that would have been uncalled for. I said I understand. Personal cakes for the whole crew 👨👩👧👦🍰 — every flavor was a winner 🏆🎉. I went lemon raspberry 🍋🍓 and OMG it was moist, fresh, and basically life-changing 🤯😍. Ordered online 💻✅, picked up on time ⏰, and the sweetest lady helped me out 🙌💖. Two thumbs way up 👍👍✨
Very unprofessional staff!!! When advising staff of incorrect order was met with smirk and eye roll.
Poor customer service. Unfortunately every time I visit the Verdae location, the staff is rude.
