While their cakes may be delicious; uninspired; but taste okay; they way they treat their employees is not.As I read through the comments it does not surprise me to see negative comments about staff. Staff will act towards customers in the same way they are treated by the business. i’m usually here every other month, have never had an experience that stood out to me, it’s usually bland greeting, in & out. EXCEPT TODAY !! this 5 star review is for Paige, who was incredible kind !!!! As soon as i opened the door, she greeted me with a warm & genuine smile ! I could not decide on which to get, so she made suggestions based off of customer favorites & her own personal favorite, she was soooo amazing ! Thank You Paige for making my afternoon!

Me and my friend came in after last night 1/7/2026 and the ladies were welcoming and friendly the entire staff. They were preparing for closing but all of them stopped to help the customers out. Even asked if we were there for the Biscoff bundt. YES, YES we were. Thank you, ladies, for the service. We will be back when we are in the area.
