Although the girls are very nice, they really need to PAY attention to what they’re serving. I ordered a buy one get one free and was looking forward to trying the pumpkin one. I drove home. I was ready to try it and lo and behold, it was 2 chocolates! What upset me was that they could have said, oh sorry, how about next time you come by, get one on us!!! For your gas and time???!!! I feel like Nothing Bundt Cakes is well known for having very delicious cakes. I’ve never heard a complaint or anything bad. Of course they are a 10 out of 10! My personal favorite is the white chocolate raspberry! They are very quick and kind to greet you when you enter. They put out parking signs for their store. It looks like the new gym that opened up around the corner is taking up a lot of parking spaces. So they are very helpful to make sure you have somewhere to park and could get in and out quickly.
40 minutes til close and still received the best customer service! Typical me, waited til the last minute to pick up my sons favorite flavor. Called ahead, they checked their inventory and they had exactly what I needed. Quick, friendly, informative, and just delicious! Thank you NBC Rowlett for helping pull off a last minute birthday surprise 🎉🎂🎉
