I placed an online order this afternoon for a dozen standard flavors of bundtinis for pickup tomorrow. Shortly after placing the order, I found out someone had already ordered two dozen bundtinis for the same event. I immediately called the store and asked if I could change the pickup date instead of getting a refund, since I would be ordering more for another event next month anyway. Love the selection at Nothing But Bundt Cakes! White Chocolate Raspberry has always been my favorite. However, the latest marble cake is also delicious!
In the past I have been nothing but delighted with purchases from here. But today I preordered. The person helping me was unfriendly with no personality making it a totally unpleasant experience and as if that wasn’t a turn off and bad enough the custom choices of flavors I did not receive and I had to wait about 12i minutes for a preorder that should’ve been ready at 9. Seriously?? and what appeared to be the owner acted like he could care less. Thanks alot. For yah nothing.
