I went today 8/14/26 to the Beecave location @1pm. It was the BEST experience I have ever had. I have never been disappointed with the product or service at any location, but the sweet woman working the counter was absolutely the kindest, sweetest soul ever. She engaged in conversation and was so kind. The whole interaction literally made my month. I hope she gets a huge raise, her pillow is cold on both sides and all her dreams come true.
I met the new manager, whom had the same first name as me, and she was very personable!
I rushed to get there 12 minutes before closing so I could get my dad a mini bundt cake for his birthday. The cashier told me she was about to cash out and I couldn’t order because she wanted to leave early. If it was something that was going to take awhile I completely understand but I just wanted one of the little cakes that was already made. Disappointing and really bad customer service.
I have been a longtime customer and big fan of West Lake Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their Bundt family has a a wide range of great flavors and sizes that fit every need. Their customer service is always excellent. They have carried all of that into their Bee Cave branch. Starting with their very personable staff, and encompassing their family of flavors and sizes. I highly recommend them for any and all occasions.
