To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. The cakes are absolutely amazing! But the service was not good! The girl checking me out was kind of rude. She did not speak or greet me when I walked in. I get that she was ready to get off, but you still greet your customers. As I was walking out I said have a good evening and she didn't say a word to me. I found it odd and I felt a little out of place. But o well the cakes are marvelous and I'll go back if I need to
I have never been here before and wanted to try something new. I had Kate the manager helping me, she talked to me about the special flavors and even went into detail on what I may like. I ended up leaving with 3 cakes and to be honest one was gone as soon as I got to my car. Please keep up the amazing work and you have an amazing Gem in Kate
I came in on fairly busy day and the brown hair man was talking to the other employees so poorly and as well me and the other customers things seemed so unorganized and terribly ran with him working he made me feel uncomfortable and i no longer wanted him to service me if it wasn’t for the fact if was for my niece wanting to try one I would have left please do not go to the Arnold location!!
The man who helped me made me feel rushed and unwelcome, He was not wanting to help out the other workers, the worker seemed very upset at how he was speaking to the other customers. I don’t recommend going to this Arnold location and if you do ask for someone else to help you. Avoid the man with a sleeve tattoo on his arm.
